Introduction

XRIBot

We operate a bot (i.e. an automated program) named XRIBot in these channels. This bot can basically perform the same functions as the various XRI client tools on this website. Here is a list of commands the bot understands:

!hi Say hello to the bot. !help Ask the bot for a command list, or for specific help on a command. !inspect Displays syntax information about an XRI. !ping Shows the URI(s) to which an XRI resolves. !traceroute Shows the individual steps during XRI resolution. !resolve Perform detailled resolution according to your parameters. !openid Shows OpenID endpoint(s) of an XRI. !contact Shows Contact Service endpoint(s) of an XRI. !forwarding Shows Forwarding Service endpoint(s) of an XRI.
